John Sullivan

A proven manager of projects and personnel, combining a thorough knowledge of commercial and residential construction, having a solid background in all phases of customer service and client relationships with special emphasis on positive customer communication and delivering profitability.

John has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and began his career in 1983 as a carpenter. John has enhanced his experience working with the top home builders in Fairfield County, CT as Project Manager for several residential and commercial projects from infrastructure to closing punch lists.

Major Projects include:

• Forest Park, Milford, CT  – 56 unit townhouse development for 55 year and older community, clubhouse and infrastructure

• La’ Hermitage, Shelton, CT – 38 unit high end condominium project with 3 to 4 unit buildings

• Summerfield Gardens, Huntington, CT – 350 unit condominium development and was responsible for 4 separate phases, each phase roughly 20 units each. Responsible for all buildings plus infrastructure.

• Summersweet Lane, New Canaan, CT – 46 acre parcel, subdivided into 6 high-end luxury lots. Homes ranging from 8,000 – 14,000 sq. ft. 

• Greenwich Place, Greenwich, CT – 332 unit garden style, multi-family apartment renovation project, including a brand new clubhouse with elevator and pool.

• Greenwich Oaks, Greenwich, CT – 134 unit garden style, multi-family apartment renovation project. 

Commercial experience includes:

• Cardio Pulmonary Corporation, Orange, CT – 20,000 sq. ft. office and manufacturing building; 5,000 sq. ft. of office space and 15,000 sq. ft. manufacturing

• Broad Street, Milford, CT – 5,000 sq. ft. law office constructed on busy downtown street across from Milford Green

• Broad Street, Milford, CT – 15,000 sq. ft. building; 7,500 sq. ft. 1st floor retail spaces, 7,500 sq. ft. 2nd floor apartment spaces. Constructed on busy downtown street across from Milford Green

• Tokeneke Road, Darien, CT – 5,000 sq. ft. office building located in downtown Darien.

For the last 25 years John has been responsible for the construction of over $200,000,000.00 of high end residential and commercial real estate.
